REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If it meets our return conditions (no scratches, missing parts, or damage), we will process a refund, deducting a 20% handling fee.
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take a few days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
